20 km zapadno od Požege, blizina sela Čečavac

Ovaj utvrđeni kompleks ispod padina Psunja predstavlja jedan od najvažnijih sakralnih spomenika srednjeg vijeka u Slavoniji. Romanička crkva i benediktinska opatija Sv. Mihovila iz 12. st. s kamenim klesancima (konzolama) – čuvenim rudinskim glavama, predstavlja najbogatije nalazište romaničke skulpture u kontinentalnoj Hrvatskoj. Ovdje je pronađen prvi hrvatski natpis pisan latinicom – BRAT IAN, glagoljski natpis koji označava 1129. godinu, latinski natpis i bosančica iz 15. stoljeća.

This fortified complex beneath the slope of Mount Psunj is one of the most important sacral monuments of the Middle Ages in Slavonia. Romanesque church of St Michael, with stone ashlars (cantilevers) – the famous heads of Rudina, represents the richest accomplishment of Romanesque sculptures in Croatia. Here is found the first Croatian writing written in Latin alphabet – BROTHER IAN, Glagolitic writing indicating the year 1129, Latin script and Bosancica from the 15th century.
