PIVOVARA SLAVONICA

Kralja Tomislava 21, Pakrac, Hrvatska

SLAVONICA BREWERY

Kralja Tomislava St. 21, Pakrac, Croatia

At the beginning of July 2018, the Pakrac-Lipik area got its craft brewery and around which, in addition to the production part, a tourist story develops through a tasting room for group visits.

For the time being, an offer has been thrown out of the original brand name Grof, which is named after Count Julius Jankovic (1820-1904), the former owner of Pakrac and Daruvar estates, whose character is in a certain way painted in beer.

In style it is Amber Ale, which stands out for its moderate strength of 5.5 % vol. of alcohol, characterized by a mild bitterness of only 23 IBUs and a conservative note of Slovenian Styrian hops with pronounced sweetness, which comes from four types of malt (Pilsen, Munich, Amber and Crystal).

The Grof has been well received by the local audience for the time being, as it is adapted to it by Master Brewer Marko Barčan, and announces that the Grof will be joined by the Grofica (Countess), which will be American Pale Ale in style and in some ways adapted to the palates of the more beautiful sex.
